WG602v4 problems...
I have a WG602v4 which I use connected with a Dreambox 800HD digital satellite receiver.
Until a had a Virgin Media modem and a Netgear wireless router I had no problems connecting the dreambox to the internet
Virgin installed a Super Hub and since then I cannot connect any longer.
I tried to restart the set up of the AP from the beginning but I cannot access it.
When I reset it and connect it to my laptop to set it up I can access the login page, I can log in correctly if I'm quick, and then I lose the connection and can't access any of the set up pages.
If I repeat the process, resetting the AP when it is turned off and then pressing the reset button for 20 sec, it won't even allow me to access the log in page.
Amy idea what the problem might be?

Hi jmizoguchi
Do you think so?
This only happened when they installed the new Virgin super hub which is a modem and router in one (Netgear DG480).
Prior to this it was working fine - jmizoguchiVirtuosoHave you setup the WG602 in same lan subnet?
If you just connect pc and WG602 you have no issues configure correct? - vocalisAspirant

I connect my laptop and WG602 directly with an ethernet cable and what I described above is exactly what happens - jmizoguchiVirtuoso
- jmizoguchiVirtuosoIs PC directly to WG gives an issues then I would say device has an issues
Make to use IE or Firefox only - vocalisAspirantThank you
I downloaded ipscanner and can't find the AP even connected directly to the laptop. You must be right.
Thank you for your help! - jmizoguchiVirtuosoDid you setup static IP on pc side when directly connected to the WG?
- vocalisAspirantSorry but I am not an expert.
How do I do that? - jmizoguchiVirtuosonetwork properrties of the pc and setup same LAN subnet
ex. WAG is 192.168.0.100 pc can be 92.168.0.200
