Where have I gone wrong?
I am a newbie trying to set up a network so I can share the connection with my tablet and another computer. Something I must be doing wrong. The lights on the router are coming on but can't connect to...
I'll admit I'm not familiar with earth link and their policy regarding home networks. If they have it locked or need to change it on their end then you're stuck and have to call them. Ask them to put it in MODEM ONLY mode, Then you should be able to add your router.
Maybe some other forum users can explain it better.
