Wi-Fi Range Extender Model EX3700 (AC750) Connected Fine but no internet access

Router Technicolor, Model: TC8717 Wifi Range extender AC750/EX3700 it connects to the internet just fine but when you connect to the device itself it will not have internet access when running a diagnostic PC side it says no valid IP. The Device itself seems fine tho i have no other way to test it to see if its damaged in some way. Things i have tryed include setting it up via Browser and WPS bother with Factory resets before and after i have not done a old school Access point setup yet but have little hope for it hope someone has a idea or answer otherwise i will return it to amazon as a faulty device
