Wifi Booster for mobile WN11000RP will not reconnect to my new nbn service

I am having trouble re-connecting my wifi extender since we have updated our modem and nbn service. I have tried all the factory reset, set up via WPS and Net and nothing is working. Does anyone have any sujestions?
