WiFi extender - Best suiting model for my needs

Hi,

When travelling and changing places you keep on adding networks on your devices. In hotels sometimes the best place (strongest signal) is the door near the corridor while you want to chill in bed. Was thinking on getting a WiFi extender so I just need to configure it each time I change hotel, all my devices being connected only one time to the extender.
I had a look to these models: EX6110 (most compact), EX6120, EX6150 and also WN3500RP.

What I want:
- compact device (can be plugged directly on wall mains socket, not take too much room in suitcase),

- must connect by WiFi to hotel router (does it also works if hotel already use extender?),

- must allow name change of the Networks created by extender (otherwise I would have to reconfigure all my devices),

- finally the BIGGEST point: being able to define an Access List so other people don't connect through my extender,
- having a country setting as some chanels aren't allowed everywhere.

The first 3 points are meet by all models, some models being more compact but OK, not sure it will be the best to connect to hotel extender but nothing can be done, name can be changed on all models.
My big concern is 4th point, seems on all EX31xx you can only exclude devices already connected, not define a list of devices you authorize as WN3500WP. Of course I can hide the SSIDs but it's not 'waterproof' and often leads to problems (experimented it at home and gave, now displaying).
5th point is only meet by WN3500WR too.

Do you own an EX31xx and can confirm me that you can't setup a list of Authorized Devices and what about Region/Country setting?
Or do you know an extender meeting my requirements?
