Which router are you trying to connect to?
What firmware is on your extender?
What caused you to need to re-set it up?
Are you trying to connect via wps or are you trying the smart install wizard?
Theres multiple lights on the extender. Saying all are green but one doesn't tell us anything. please be more specific.
