Wifi extender EX8000
My extender has been working perfectly since I bought it 8 months ago. The App Store said that there was an app update so I downloaded it. All I get on signing in now s a message that it cannot connect to or find my router. The extender works with a BT Hub in our house (I am in the UK). My phone (iPhone 12 with latest OS) shows a wifi signal and an internet signal both within the house and at my electric car parked some 20m from the house so I assume the wifi system is working as I can connect to other websites.
Has anyone any ideas why the app is apparently not working?

If you're on iOS make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address is disabled. we've seen issues with those lately.
Also, are you able to access it with its ip address in the browser?
