What static IP address is assigned and placed on the EX extender? 

 

What happens if you disable SPC on the NH app and check for device operation and IP addressing?

I assigned ip of 192.168.1.240 for the extender. I will need to come back once I have disabled SPC and checked configuration and IP addressing

    Is that address put on the extender or reservied on the router?

        Make sure that IP address is on in the routers default IP address pool range. Any static IP addresses need to be out side of the routers DHCP IP address pool range.
