Ok so I can confirm that the static IP is outside the DHCP range on the router. DHCP range ends at 192.168.1.230 and Extender is set with 192.168.1.241
When a device connects to the extender it sometimes appears to get a duplicate IP to another device and also the device is registered as DEV. I will get some screenshots and post. Should I try a factory reset on the Extender and start again ?

Now for devices that are connected with the Extender, try setting up some IP address reservations ON the router for those devices connecting at the extender. Mainly devices that you are attempting to control with SPC.
