WiFi extender N300
I can't connect any of my devices through my N300 WiFi extender, model EX2700. I followed the setup through wps which seems to have worked because the extender now shows on the list of available net...
If you click on the support link I gave you, the 2nd video on the support site shows you how to use the installation wizard.
Try re-doing the setup and use the installation wizard and not wps. wps can get coded different between different device manufacturers and that can cause issues. So try reinstalling using the install wizard.

What/where is the installation wizard? Sorry if that's a really dumb question, as I said, I'm not at all technically minded...

Brilliant, that sorted it. Thanks for the guidance.
If anyone's interested, it seems that the problems were caused when I first tried (unsuccessfully) to setup with WPS. That had changed the WiFi connection name so it wasn't then connecting me to the Netgear pages to register the extender and my home network. I just had to do the factory reset and then follow the video instructions and it all went smoothly.
