The 100C6B4FC2CC is the MAC and the only other number is the SERIAL which is 5KS30877A0FBE and of course the password is on the label. The camera is about 30 feet away but the key problem is the metal lathe that blocks radio signals.
I am an amateur radio operator and can't use a handheld rig inside my house, have to step outside the house to be heard, and then the signal is strong for a handheld.

and you've already identified that your metal lathe is causing your issues (faraday cage).
If you truly need to fix it, hardwiring in an outdoor access point.
