  We are having this exact problem since switching to Vodafone. The extender worked fine with the old TalkTalk router. The extender is the 32000 model. I think. Anyone got any ideas to help us? Thanks

    Hi Bg2020, please provide the exact model number of the extender. Also, have you gone through resetting the extender and setting it up with your new router? Are you encountering any error message during the process?
