WiFi Range Extender Connected but no Internet Connection (EX3700)

I recently purchased and set up an AC750 WiFi range extender using the browser method. It connected to the router and generated the EXT networks. However, when I connect to either the 2G or 5G EXT network, I do not have an internet connection. All four of the status lights on the front of the device are green. I have tried restarting both the router and extender, but still have the same problem. Any troubleshooting help would be much appreciated.
