Wifi Range extender plus CPL connexion?

Hi,

I'd like to extend my WIFI network but the Internet box is located on ground floor in my office and on the first floor the signal is very weak. I use several CPL plugs to connect my PC in sevaral rooms but I need some WIFI as well. 

May I connect the WIFI extender via the RJ45 to the CPL plug ( D-Link CPL AV2 1000 )?

Can it help for a strong signal ?
