WiFi Range Extender WN3000 Compatibility with AC1750 router
I have to replace an old Netgear router. I am looking at the AC1750. However, I have two WN3000RP range extenders because I have a large house. Will these range extenders wotk with this new router?
AC1750 is a speed, not a model.
Most range extenders will work. The only issue is the WN3000RP were pretty slow range extenders even when they first came out.
And daisy chaining them can drop speeds even more.
If you're updating for speed, you might check into a triband mesh system. Its usually what I recommend for people who are needing multiple range extenders to cover their home.
