Wifi repeater on an ap mode
Can i connect a repeater to a linksys switch with an ethernet cable and get a wifi connection from it
some repeaters have access point mode. You'd have to look up your specific devices model and manual to find out if it has access point mode.
- I sent a screen shot of a power line adapter that i want to buy online in the product description it's written ap mode and repeater mode, but when i asked the provider he told me that it doesn't work
- so you've got a totolink repeater/extender and a linksys switch. Where does netgear fall in this?
- I just wanted to know if it works or not (a repeater connect to a desktop switch) will it give me a wifi connection
