Where did you find this "tech support"? You most likely called one of the many NG scammers on the net. NG tech support doesn't respond like the one you called up. And no NG hardware needs to pay to function.

I googled it of course. The number I dialed was 888-545-9670. I gave them my serial number and she was able to tell me when I purchased it. She said my 60 days was up and that I needed to purchase a plan. I swear she jacked with my extender because I used to have 3 lights and now I only have 2.
