I have recently changed Broadband providers and successfully connected the extender to the router, however it wont allow me to connect any devices saying the password is incorrect, I'm using the same ...

Regarding your concern, have you tried connecting a computer directly to your EX2700 and go to www.mywifiext.net and check the password? How did you connect the EX2700 to your new router?

    Thanks Oliver, I only have an MacBook and can’t connect the extender, I’ve factory reset but still no joy.
