What router are you connecting to?
If you setup using wps, I'd highly recommend factory resetting and reinstalling use the installation wizard. WPS gets coded differently between manufacturer's and can cause issues.
Thanks for replying. I’ve gone from plusnet to Vodafone routers, factory reset hasn’t worked and can’t connect it to my laptop. No idea what do do.
