Wms5316-wndap350
Hi guys,
We have just bought a WMS5316 and 2 WNDAP350 AP's, they are already configured, but I can't discover none of the AP's, they already have signal and are working but the WMS can't recognize them, we have already upgraded the firmware of all the devices, WMS5316 to V2.1.2 and WNDAP350 to v1.0.27.
I hope somebody could us.
Regards.

- LapGear1AspirantHello, Tony
Is the WMS5316 and the WNDAP350 on the same subnet? From the Diagnostics menu of the WMS5316, can you ping the IP addresses of the WNDAP350?
The WMS5316 with firmware v2.1.2 uses SNMP to discover the access points. Is SNMP enabled on the WNDAP350 (it is enabled by default)? Has the SNMP community string been changed from the factory default (private and public)?
If you need any help, you can also connect Netgear technical support 1-888-Netgear. - ninoNoviceWhat firmware version do you got on the WMS?
If its an old one, you have to fill in OUI disovery under system -> advanced. - tonymurillo45AspirantHey guys,
Thanks for your posts, but the Ap's are recognized well.
