WN1000RP cannot give connectivity to all devices

Today i received the WN1000RP extended and althought i have setup it correctly i get limited access on my devices.I connect via my Samsung Galaxy S3 and android TV stick,just fine and everything seems to work.But my laptop gives me limited access and no internet to the device.Also my Nexus 10 tablet cannot pass the authentication process when connecting to WN1000RP.I have set DHCP to all devices.One flaw i encountered is that when i change WN1000RP to static IP,i cannot access it at all and i have to factory reset the settings.

Any ideas why some devices work and some others does not?

    Update:

    I encountered the following issue on the laptop.It gets an ip like 169.x.x.x when i connect to the Extender and the default 192.168.1.72 when i connect to the router (DHCP).The problem is that internet access gets from the 192.x.x.x network but when i give my laptop a static ip when connected to the extender i does not work :(
