WN1000RP doesn't work

Hi guys,

I just bought this device and i have to say that it doesn't work and i don't understand why.

I tried using the WPS button, on the booster and than clicking the one on my access point, but the booster can't link to the net.

So i tried in the manual mode connecting to NETGEAR_EXT and than using the website www.mywifiext.com but still doesn't work because the booster can't see the wifi of my house, i mean that there isn't on the wifi list of the booster.

Somebody can help me somehow?

    Move closer to router try again, does the connection status between router and extender show green? If pc cannot see WIFI with good signal then WN1000RP will not either.
