Changed the channel width to 20MHz only on my router and wow, latency has improved.
Time will tell if its stable, I will sacrifice the speed for some stability
if changing the 20Mhz means that runs single band channel which are sometime better for wireless to work at less issues over 40Mhz that uses dual channel if you live in saturated 2.4Ghz area. anything over 150Mbps uses 40Mhz and dual channel usage can make more sensitive to signal therefore 20Mhz with single channel makes bit more reliable
