WN2000RPT suddenly stopped working?

Question

Hey, my WN2000RPT wifi range extender has not been working correctly for a few days. I've had the thing several months working just fine and dandy, then suddenly my internet cut out completely a few days ago and now only the regular, 1/5 bar internet will work. My wifi range extender shows up when I'm detecting wifi in range, at 4/5 bar but it says Can't Connect To Network. I tried replugging the damn thing, I also tried recorrecting the wifi password for the EXT and it's still not working.

I have no idea what is wrong with it. Where should I start? Keep in mind I'm not a tech savvy guy so I might have trouble understanding jargon and all that. Thank you!!!

If a reset did not work then contact support.
