I'm sitting here with the exact same issue. Flashing green and factory reset does F@#kall!
I'm so pissed! I tried applying the latest firmware and it just never completed. I waited 2hours thinking I don't want to screw it up. But nope, after manually resetting it, it was a brick....
I'm off to buy a different brand now! I am now so pissed at NetGear for costing me money!
