WN3000RP - so close but no cigar

no I can't. It seems like I can access the extender when the windows was identifying the network. Once it changes to "Unidentified Network", I can't access it at all.

I am using Windows 7 (x86 and x64) on both laptops. WPA2-AES, router WNDR3700.
