WN3000RP internet access - some work some dont

Similar problems discovered.
WN3000RP orks sometimes good, then poor!
Configuring initial konf with a smartfone works fine!
Configuring with Notebook ACER with Win7, no chance!!
I measure speed with a N Router:
Direct connection with ACER Notebook (no extender) same location:
Down: 10MB, UP : 1.3MB answeringtime 26ms. thats OK
Connecting the Ethernet Port of Repeater, same speed.
Conneting now with XXX-EXT speed drops dramatically to:
Down: 500kB Up:55kB time: 27ms :mad:
No same with my GarminAsus Smartfone Android:
IMPORTANT same position!!!!
Connected with xxx-EXT very fast
Down: 10,5 MB UP: 1.3 MB Time:25 ms!!!!!!!
Any explanation why can the littel machine have the super speed and the ACER Notebook with Win7 only 500kb!!!!!! via EXT!!!!! direct no problem!!!!!starnge.
Experimented with older W-Lan router Dlink DI-614Plus.
11MB Speed, WEP 128bit
NO WAY TO GET A WORKING EXT..... it shows up, bat NO CONNECTION!!!
