WN3000RP range extender suddenly stopped picking up internet from router, reset not helping

Question

I have the above range extender, all was working fine for about 4 weeks and then, although the wifi works fine, it doesn't any longer get the internet from my router. &nbsp;I'v not changed router or password. &nbsp;I tried resetting the extender and reistalling but still have the same issue, wifi signal fine but no internet.

are you installing it using wps or the installation assistant?

I'd highly recommend using the installation assistant.

What router do you have it connected to? routers do get updates and that could have caused the issues.

I have used the installation assistant, I have just reset and tried again. The extender shows in my nework list but has no internet signal still&nbsp;I have a Vodafone Model FG824CD fiber router

I couldn't find much of anything on that router. Have you checked with the isp at all?

No, I haven't but I'm in Spain andi t's not so easy to do. However, all my other devices connected to the router are working as normal.
