WN3000RP ViH2 Extender

I have changed my wifi/ service provider. However my extender is set for the old provider. How do i reset it to pick up the new provider?

While powered on, push andh old reset for 7-15 seconds. The lights should change when held long enough.

That'll get you back to factory and then you can follow the setup guide.  you can get that at netgear.com/support/

I reset the extender and followed the set up guidelines. But now i have lost Wifi from the router too. The message says no internet available. Please suggest what i could do to resole it.

    So with the extender powered off, your internet isn't working on your primary router?

      Unfortunately, the router shows no internet, even when the extender is switched off.

        But somehow this is an extender issue? 

        It sounds like you're router isn't functioning properly. 

        When the extender is off, its doing nothing to the router. That's all the router.
