WN3000RP ViH2 Extender

I have changed my wifi/ service provider. However my extender is set for the old provider. How do i reset it to pick up the new provider?

I guess I'm confused. 

The router assigns ip addresses handles dhcp. the extender is basically acting similar to a phone/wireless device in that it just gets an ip address from the router and then passes data. 

When you connected the extender, the connection didn't work. 

When you disconnect the extender, the connection still doesn't work. 

If the extender was the issue, disconnecting it would fix the problem. 

Seems to point to the router being the issue.

try factory resetting the router.

    Thanks a bunch! It seems the router developed an issue just after i connected Netgear extender. My service provider changed the router and now both are working fine. Thanks again
