WN3100RPv2 does not start after firmware upgrade

Hello everyone,

I hope I will find a solution here. I have upgraded my WN3100RPv2 to latest firmware release WN3100RPv2-V1.0.0.60. Unfortunately I discovert aftermath that I have to upload the file manually instead of using directly from net... Any way all installation goes well till the router starts to reboot. Since I have the power light blinking green. I have tried

- power off/on several times

- reset factory

- 30/30/30 reset option found in this community

but nothing works. I have my laptop (Win10) directly connected to the router by ethernet cable and this router is not visible in wireless or thru cable.

So I cannot userthe tftp option as well.

Router was working just fine before upgrade and I was just willing to apply latest security patch. Now half of my house is stuck.
