WN604 - can't access to set up

I can't access my brand new WN604 to even start to update it and set it up. I see that it's default address is 192.168.0.100 but I have it plugged in to a number of computers network jacks and it ...

you need to setup static IP on pc same LAN subnet as wn604 to initially setup
