WN802 and latest 3.1.1 firmware

I was having an issue with me WN802-200 dropping random connections during the day. I'd have to disconnect the wireless adapter from the AP and then reconnect it.
I decided to update the firmware to the latest 3.1.1
After i did that reset the AP to factory default like the instructions said to but now i am unable to setup the security features anymore. I just get an error on the Security screen saying "fatal error: required field for select missing".
I have downloaded the firmware 3 times and tried upgrading 3 times.
Are there any known issues with this latest firmware?

    Makes sure you are flashing the firmare via wireless
    Make sure you hard reset the unit afer the flashing the firmare

    they just released firmware 3.1.9 and i was able to successfully update my WN802 unit with that.
    I upgraded the firmware via Cat5 cable, then did a hard reset as suggested and it worked fine.
