I encourage anyone to address their complaints and/or concerns about the reliability and possibly technical design failure of the WN802T to the appropriate people within Netgear.
I've emailed my concerns to both the Chinese emailaddress (Netgear Tech Dept!!!) and the emailaddres of the salesdept, which you can find at:
