WNA3100 USB 2.0 Wireless won't install on my WS 2003 OS

I have been trying to install both from disc and internet my Netgear WNA3100"aka N300" USB wireless adapter. Once I click setup it attempts to install and then I get this message " the application do...

natively none of driver will work under serve O/S

search the thread there is few had made it work with some tweak
