WNCE2001 - Static IP Not Working

Hello, all. I have a media center PC hooked into my TV and I bought the WNCE2001 to allow it to connect wirelessly to the router but still use an ethernet cord. It works just fine with the exception of the IP address changing each time I reset the computer. I try to connect to computer remotely so the constant changing IP address is a problem. So, I decided to assign the WNCE2001 a static IP address and followed the instructions in the manual. However, after setting that up, I check the IP address and it is still a randomly assigned IP address each time.

I have input the following settings:

192.168.2.5
255.255.255.0
192.168.2.1
209.18.47.61
209.18.47.62

Any ideas why this wouldn't be allowing for a Static IP? Is there another step I'm missing or are my settings possibly incorrect?
