WNCE2001 DEFECTIVE- wont factory reset or LAN connect to PC

I have a wnce2001 which the wlan stopped working. I pulled off the device and tried to connect direct PC to wnce but unable to.
* Power light and LAN light green. WLAN no light.
* Browsing to the get http://www.mywifiext.net/ gets page not displayed no matter which browser.
* The network status shows the 169.x.x.x IP on PC and no packets received from wcne.
* Numbering up my PC with 198.168.1.1 /24 and 192.168.1.251 does get packets received and shows connected to network but still cant connect using IP or http://www.mywifiext.net/.
* I could prior when I first setup. Tried 2 different PC's.
* I tried factory reset but that seems broke as the power light doesnt turn orange. I pushed reset with paper clip for 15 secs but it wont factory reset (no amber power light goes on).
Any solution?

- Hi, I have the same problem with 2 WNCE2001 with different computers, any solutions?
- If unit is still under warranty then contact support for RMA exchange
