Some other forum threads have instructions on how to re-download the firmware, which is the only way to fix the blinking power LED which indicates corrupted firmware. Here are links to the instructions:

And here are some detailed and clear instructions from Netgear. Note that these are for a different router, but they work as long as you use the proper IP address for the WNCE2001, which is 192.168.1.251, when you issue the tftp command:
