WNCE2001 problem

I have a WNCE2001 that the WLAN light wont light up on and I cannot access the extenders 192.168.1.250 IP from several different computers.  I have tried a few different laptops and browsers as well as resetting the WNCE2001.  What should i do to get the WLAN to find the WIFI network at home?
