WNDAP350 2.4GHz drops out every few seconds
As the subject states, we've just bought a number of WNDAP350 access points. The wireless functions perfectly on the 5GHz band, but the 2.4GHz continually drops out. I'm trying to borrow a laptop with...

Wow, I'm floored that this product seems to have very similar problems to the piece of trash WNDAP330. I can't believe that they didn't fix the drop outs with this next gen product. I also cannot believe that a firmware fix has not yet been released for these pieces of crap that would fix it.
Jim, don't say contact Netgear support! They are worthless! :mad:
When calling Netgear they claim to have no idea what you are talking about and the people answering the phone seem to have no abiliity to talk to the engineering department for Netgear to actually resolve the dropouts via firmware update. I believe that their help desk is outsourced to a different company and it would take an act of god for the two companies to actually communicate about bugs.
