WNDAP350 w/ External Antenna
I am having some issues with wireless range given my current setup, and was thinking about upgrading. I already have a wireless N network and don’t want to give up that option for devices that are in range to the access point, and have N capabilities. I am looking for an Wireless N device that I can add a decent (10-15dbi) 2.4Ghz Omni antenna to it. The WNDAP350 looks like it has that option, but I wasn’t sure due to the comment within the specifications that certain Netgear antenna’s shouldn’t be used. Has anyone had experience adding an external antenna to either of the ports on the device?

- bmagic18AspirantThank you very much. I had seen that site before, i am glad to hear that it is as reputible as it sounds. One last question, do i need to add an antenna to both connectors? I know that some N devices specifically state that all connections need to be connected due to MIMO and i wasnt sure if it was the case for this device as well.
- jmizoguchiVirtuosoMimo uses both so I say both needs to be used

On my client's property I have BUILDING 1 that needs to wirelessly feed internet from a netgear wndr3700 to BUILDING 2. BUILDING 2 is 200 feet away. My Netgear Sales Rep sold me Qty 2- WNDAP350 and QTY-2 ANT224D10. I have mounted each ANT224D10 on the outside of each building. I have the ANT224D10s plugged into the back of each WNDAP350. I am looking for detailed instructions on how to configure each end. Also, which is the best method? Repeat, bridge? I would appreciate anyone's help in the right direction. I am hoping to go back to my client tomorrow and get it ironed out.
TY
