WNDR3300V2 Need Firmware Recovery Tool
I know this is an old router but I tried to flash the latest firmware and now I have a blinking green power light. Where can I fine the Firmware Recovery Tool. I don't have the resource CD.
did you try a factory reset?
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
if that doesn't help you can try recovering it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash

There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
