WNDR3400 access from different subnet
I have my WNDR3400 set up as an AP only. But the weird thing is that I can not access the admin interface from my LAN subnet. I thought at first it was a routing issue with my router, but I connected my old WRT54G and I could access that one just fine.
I am not using the WAN interface of the WNDR3400, DHCP is disabled, and I have verified the IP and Subnet Netmask.
Clients can connect and wireless is working, I just find it odd that I can not access the admin interface. Optimally I would like to be able to disable admin access from any wireless device. But as its the only way I can get to it right now I don't see that happening.
LAN is 172.31.1.x/27 (255.255.255.224)
WIFI is 172.31.2.x/27 (255.255.255.224)
I have a feeling its being blocked internally in the WNDR3400; if anyone has a fix or knows of a dual channel A/G/N router that doesn't have this limitation it would be greatly appreciated.

- djroketboyAspirantI solved this, it is the WNDR3400 and the stock Netgear firmware. I just updated it to DD-WRT and like magic I can access it from my LAN.

Where did you find the firmware on the DD-WRT site? It says it's not supported. - jmizoguchiVirtuoso
