Assume 2 Device in two building is using ethernet cable back to the main router?
If so use AP mode in the router GUI and use internet port on 2 remote WNDR3400. Internet port will change to AP mode and disable all firewall feature and you will make SINGEL network with 192.168.0.x
From what I see is you have 10.0.x IP so you have 2 device is using internet port and connected to existing network. This just common installation 9 out 10 consumers install it. It will work as is but I would use AP mode per suggested and make single network
