Intersting. My PC is also running on the 2.4, the status says it is running at 70Mbps on average. This is a win7 and is a year old HP. I have an older HP that I have a Netgear adapeter hooked up to and it sees both SIDD that are in the router settings. My new HP only sees the slower SIDD. in fact, the Old Pc with adapter finds 8 possible connections, my new PC only finds the one possible connection. Also, I am not able to create any new connections either.
Like you what gives. The older PC with the adapter is status showing at 215 Mbps. I hope we can get an answer to this problem together.
