I've done as instructed on the page you gave me. Unfortunately, the problem persists. So the Apply button does not work, while the Cancel button does. On other pages of the NetGear Genie interface, the Apply does work normally.

So, how do I revert back to v1.0.0.16 on my WNDR3800 router?
