After 3-4 calls and various changes and waiting to see results (all of which were the same), Support finally deemed the hardware being bad. So they will be sending me a new one. Which is a good thing. Bad thing is that it costs ME money to get them to do this. Not sure why the RMA is not on their dime (I could have sent mine at my cost and 10 working days later got something back -- but then I'd have no connectivity for that period for more than 1/2 my devices). Since I bought it from an online retailer, I didnt want to have to start the process of getting it replaced for failure from them either.
Overall, the support was good. Just hope the new one will not have these issues (as the other device in the kit has been fine in either AP or Bridge mode).
