Wx6120 extender, says incorrect password
I have the right password, it keeps saying it’s incorrect, please help I’ve done the reset and that didn’t work

You have the EX6120?
What firmware is on it?
What router is it connected to?
Did you set it up using wps or using the installation assistant?

Connected to a Vodafone router using wps as just got an error message when on computer

firmware is the software (firmware) running the device.
Vodafones wps function doesn't always work as it should.
Try factory resetting the extender (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while extender is powered on), then reinstall it using the installation asssistant and NOT WPS.
