Wx6120 extender, says incorrect password
I have the right password, it keeps saying it’s incorrect, please help I’ve done the reset and that didn’t work

Yes that’s the model , I don’t know what you mean by firmware ?

firmware is the software (firmware) running the device.
Vodafones wps function doesn't always work as it should.
Try factory resetting the extender (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while extender is powered on), then reinstall it using the installation asssistant and NOT WPS.

When you were resetting, did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while it was powered on?
WPS can get coded different and even though the colors show proper, it not work right.
