Wx6120 extender, says incorrect password

I have the right password, it keeps saying it’s incorrect, please help I’ve done the reset and that didn’t work

When you were resetting, did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while it was powered on? 

WPS can get coded different and even though the colors show proper, it not work right.

Yes held for 30 seconds to make sure. I keep trying every few days but still it says password incorrect

    Have you tried hardwiring into a pc/laptop (disable the pc/laptops wifi) and setting it up that route?
